Patent Professional Corporation Tokyo UIT International (referred to as “Tokyo UIT International Patent” below) has established in 2013 as a legal entity according to the Japan Patent Attorney’s Law.
The Japanese Patent Attorneys, USHIKU Kenji, INOUE Tadashi and TAKAJO Sadaaki, who belonged to the former private firm “K.USHIKU & Co.”, are partners of the new firm Tokyo UIT International Patent.
Tokyo UIT International patent is registered at the Japan Patent Office under the identification number 110001830, and can be a representative on the procedures before the Japan Patent Office.
Regarding proceeding with applications such as patent applications, utility model applications, design applications, trademark applications, PCT applications before the Japan Patent Office, we proceed with those applications by Tokyo UIT International Patent as a representative.
